At MISS LOLA, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or refunds on eligible items.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for easy drop-off at authorized carrier locations.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging with all MISS LOLA tags attached. Ensure shoes are returned in their original, undamaged shoebox.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
